+ Evan Konigsberg Debuts the Brotherly Game Breakdown
Your Shampoo Is Making Your Hair Thinner. Use This Instead.
Most shampoos strip the scalp. SLS, salt, parabens — the standard formula that cleans your hair while quietly working against it. If you've noticed thinning and haven't changed your shampoo, that's where to start.
Particle Hair-Thickening Shampoo is SLS-free, salt-free, and paraben-free. It doesn't just clean — it rebuilds, from root to tip, with a science-backed formula that makes hair look and feel fuller over time. Thinning hair can quietly take a toll on how you feel every day. This is the switch that fixes it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The Philadelphia Union had a great opportunity to get back in the good graces of their fans and start their ascent from the wooden spoon position in the table with a rotated Nashville SC squad in town on Saturday night but both teams suffered from woodwork-itis and had to settle for a draw that was especially disappointing for everyone who wasn’t there to cheer on B.J. Callaghan or Daniel Lovitz.

When Milan Iloski headed in a flick off a long ball in the 7th minute of stoppage time over Chicago Fire goalkeeper Chris Brady’s head way back on March 21, it was a sign of life and cause for relieved celebration.
At the time, it canceled out an earlier stoppage time goal from Chicago and gave the fans at Subaru Park a chance to sing “Maria (I Like It Loud)” for the first time in three weeks at home and the first time for a non-penalty kick goal since the complete annihilation of Defence Force FC in the first round of the Champions Cup.
The speakers at Subaru Park have gone eerily silent since and the way things went on Star Wars theme night Saturday it felt like Darth Vader was hiding in the crowd using the force against them as they hit woodwork twice and stretched their scoreless home streak to 225 minutes.
Scoring goals at home has rarely been an issue in recent years for the Union. This time last year they had 9 goals to their name in their first five games at home and 21 in their first 11.
Even scoring goals close to home has been a struggle. The Union scored once in a loss at Atlanta and once in a loss at Charlotte but the bulk of their offense has been north of the border in a 2-1 win over CF Montreal and a 3-3 draw with Toronto FC.
Hitting woodwork, combining in transition and Frankie Westfield on his natural right side whipping in dangerous balls is a sign that things are improving and Agustin Anello’s shift off the bench Saturday night was nearly worth the price of admission on its own but the zero on the scoreboard and the dust collecting on the “DOOP” song button are still of larger concern.
Iloski led the team with five key passes but hasn’t figured out cloning technology yet while Ezekiel Alladoh and Bruno Damiani struggle to find the target. Alladoh registered his first shot Saturday night but it was more cross blocked by the goalkeeper than shot and Damiani’s river end-bound ball off a great feed from Anello continues to demonstrate his lack of confidence in the box.
This level of futility at home is unlikely to continue but time and patience is running out with only two home games left ahead of the two-month World Cup break. Turning chances into goals in the next few weeks will be key to the belief that as this chapter of the season closes the next one will still be worth reading at the beach this summer.
